International Education and Resource Netwrok-Bangladesh (iEARN-Bangladesh) - Dhaka, Bangladesh

As a Programs Coordinator, I assisted with developing and distributing promotional materials, advertising programs in newspapers and on social media, and promoting initiatives across educational institutions. I collaborated with alumni to organize activities and report their impact, while coordinating logistics for Enhancement and Pre-Departure Orientations. I supported day-to-day administrative operations for the Kennedy-Lugar YES Program and Asia Kakehashi Project, managed applicant screening logistics from preliminary to final interviews, and assisted finalists with visa applications. Additionally, I organized Travel Orientations, followed up with finalists for required documents, and addressed challenges during the Final Application process. I contributed to iEARN-Bangladesh’s core activities by maintaining its website and Facebook page—responding to queries and updating program events—and facilitated teacher networks through workshops and trainings.

As an Examiner of Speaking Examinations, I administered English Speaking Tests for school-based examinations at designated venues in full compliance with Cambridge International Examination and Pearson Edexcel guidelines. I meticulously maintained the security of all practical instructions and test materials. Prior to each examination, I carefully reviewed speaking instructions and promptly communicated any special requirements to the British Council in writing, while ensuring absolute confidentiality of all examination materials throughout the process.

English Online Teaching for Youth of Bangladesh (UNDP Bangladesh)

United Nations Volunteers - Online

As an Online Volunteer, I supported Bangladeshi youth in improving their English by guiding them through the Business and Social English self-study course, answering their questions and ensuring their comprehension. I conducted speaking and pronunciation practice sessions through interactive exercises, role-plays, and discussions to enhance their fluency. I also provided constructive feedback on their grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation to strengthen language accuracy. Each week, I helped them gain confidence in professional and social English communication.
